General Information
Venue	Hakiria Sport Hall, City Quarter, 60 Haatzmaut Street, Ashdod, Israel. The preliminary rounds will start at 10:00; the semifinals will start at 18:00.

Rules	WDSF competitions rules applied.
Prize Money	FOR WDSF WORLD OPEN LATIN : I place- Euro 800, II place-600 , III place - 400, IV place -300, V place - 200, VI place - 100.
Judges	Panel of Top International adjudicators from 11 different nationalities.
Accomodation	The official hotel of Ashdod Open Championships 2016 is Holiday Inn Ashkelon. Our travel agent Svetlana will take care of your accommodations at Official Ashdod Open Championships Hotel. For direct booking please contact Svetlana by e-mail: orly@mona.co.il .
Transport	Organizers will arrange transport from the Airport to the Official Hotel and back, as well as from the Hotel to the competition’s venue and back. Price : will be advised later.
Organizers	WDSF, Israel Dance Sport Association, Tsisaphers Dance Sport Academy, Municipality Of Ashdod, Boris and Rozanna Odikadze.
VISA	Citizens of EU, Russian Federation, Ukraine, USA, Canada DO NOT NEED entry visa to State of Israel. To whom entry visa needed please send a scanned copy of passport , name of the suitable town in your country with Israeli consulate to get VISA and address of occupation office until November 10, 2013 to the following e-mail: odikadze@zahav.net.il and copy to: b.odikadze@gmail.com. All visa expenses in Israeli Embassy or Consulate must be paid by competitors and accompanying persons respectively at arrival .
